For years we were asked to make a gluten-free cookie, and our response had steadfastly been that we will not sell one until we can make one as delicious as our other cookies. Well, friends, we are thrilled to announce we have created a gluten-free holiday cookie to rival all cookies... our Gluten-Free Spiced Pecan Shortbread. Buttery, sweet, aromatic, and just as uncompromising a treat as you’ve come to expect from us.
